We are thrilled today to announce that we have Ruby as our Featured Artist at Tag You're It.  Her blog, A Rare Ruby, is full of eclectic designs and lots of fabulous colour. Her talent can be found all over blogland as she has been on design teams and guest designed for countless companies. She was recently married and found time in her busy new life to design a gorgeous tag for this challenge that I am sure you will be inspired by.
